1. What Reportly does
Reportly helps agencies build branded client reports. It reads analytics data from Google Analytics 4 and optionally Google Search Console on your behalf, then delivers client reports to email recipients you specify. Reportly does not sell data, run ads, or share your data except with providers required to operate the service.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: your email address and agency name.
- Google OAuth tokens: access and refresh tokens stored encrypted via Nango.
- GA4 / Search Console metrics: report metrics fetched at report time. We do not store raw GA4 data beyond what is needed to render the current report.
- Billing data: Stripe handles payment. We store your Stripe customer ID, never card numbers.
- Usage data: reports sent, clients added, and plan tier.
3. How we use your data
- To generate and deliver branded client reports.
- To manage your subscription and enforce plan limits.
- To send transactional emails via Resend.
- We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
4. Third-party services
Reportly uses these sub-processors:
- Neon — managed Postgres database.
- Nango — OAuth credential storage and token refresh.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Stripe — subscription billing.
- Vercel — application hosting and serverless functions.
- Google Analytics / Search Console APIs — read-only data access.
5. Data retention
We retain account data while your account is active. When you delete your account, agency data, client records, and OAuth credentials are permanently deleted within 30 days.
6. Your rights
You can export, correct, or delete your data from the profile page. For any other request, email hello@getreportly.app.
7. Cookies
Reportly uses a session cookie for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the date above.
