Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Reportly (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Reportly automates the generation and delivery of Google Analytics 4 reports to email recipients you specify. You grant Reportly read-only access to your GA4 properties and, optionally, Google Search Console data solely to generate those reports.

• You must provide accurate information at sign-up.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must not share your account with others.

You may not use the Service to:

• Access GA4 properties you do not have permission to access.
• Send unsolicited reports to email addresses without consent.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

• Free plan features are available without a subscription.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the billing period.
• We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for missed report deliveries caused by service outages, GA4 API downtime, or email delivery failures.

Reportly and its underlying code are proprietary. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service you grant Reportly a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

You may delete your account at any time from the profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Reportly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
